1. Land Lease Model (Zero Capital Outlay for Landowners):
Landowners lease 2 to 8 acres of barren, pasture, or cultivable land located within a 5 km radius of a 33/11 kV DISCOM substation.
A2P Resources and its investment partners finance, build, and operate the plant.
Landowners receive guaranteed, inflation-indexed annual lease income for 25 years with zero capital investment or operational risk.
2. Renewable Power Generator (RPG) Model (Direct Ownership):
Farmers, FPOs, or entrepreneurs develop and own the 0.5 MW – 2 MW solar plant.
100% of the generated green power is sold to the state DISCOM under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) at an approved State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) Feed-in Tariff (FiT).

3. Feeder-Level Solarization (RESCO / EPC):
Solarizing entire rural 11 kV agricultural feeders to supply daytime power to hundreds of farming tubewells simultaneously.

Tender Bidding & PPA Execution: End-to-end assistance with state nodal agency portal filings, bid participation, security documentation, and 25-year PPA signing with local DISCOMs.
